Conservatives defend Rick Santorum’s 2008 remark that “Satan has his sights on” the U.S., saying it was taken out of context. In other words, the devil was in the details.

There he goes again. President Obama took the mike at a White House performance of blues music and sang a few lines of “Sweet Home Chicago.” That’s music to the ears of Republicans, who want to send him home. But with Obama’s poll ratings up for a change, why is he singing the blues?

Another example of administration favoritism is exposed by The Daily Caller, which claims documents show President Obama’s Federal Communications Commission used its regulatory muscle to destroy competition to LightSquared, a wireless broadband company backed by deep-pockets Democratic donor Philip Falcone, which won approval to establish an “open-access” Internet in the U.S. The firm, now mired in financial problems, is under congressional investigation.

Where's Vice President Joe Biden off to now? According to a White House press release, his schedule lists a visit to "Road Island." And Dan Quayle was accused of being a bad speller.

In these recessionary times, three in 10 Americans plan to take a vacation of longer than a week. The Obama family skews the statistics. First Lady Michelle Obama spent the Presidents Day weekend at a resort in Aspen, the most expensive place in the country. It was the 16th vacation in three years for the first family.

Here's one promise Mitt Romney seems certain to keep: "Under no circumstances would I ever consider going on 'Dancing With the Stars.'"
